Your training data is yours.
Formline is designed to keep your personal and workout information on your devices. We do not operate user accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
Information stored by Formline
Formline stores your training preferences, body-profile choices, workout plans, completed sets, workout history, and app settings locally on your device. If you use a compatible companion calorie app, a nutrition summary may be shared locally through an Apple App Group on your device.
Apple Health
With your permission, Formline can read relevant fitness information from Apple Health and save completed strength workouts to Apple Health. Apple Health permissions are optional and can be changed in the Health app or iOS Settings. Health information is not sent to Formline or to a Formline server.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Formline uses StoreKit to determine whether you have an active entitlement. We do not receive your payment-card details.
Notifications and on-device intelligence
Workout and rest notifications are scheduled on your device. Where supported, language assistance uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. Formline does not send workout content to an external artificial-intelligence service.
Data collection and sharing
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app. Formline contains no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Deleting your data
You can delete workout records from within Formline. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Data previously saved to Apple Health is controlled through the Health app and your Apple Health settings.
Children
Formline is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
