How can we help?
For subscription, workout history, Apple Health, or technical questions, email Formline Support. Include your iPhone model and iOS version when relevant, but never send passwords, payment details, or sensitive health records.
Subscription help
Purchases are processed by Apple. In Formline, open Settings → Subscription to restore purchases. To change or cancel a plan, use Apple Account subscription settings.
Apple Health
Formline works without Apple Health. You can review or change access in the Health app under your profile’s Apps and Services section.
Response time
